Yes, you may modify your reservation, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date to make a change.

No, the stated rate covers everything, unless you choose to add a meal, such as lunch or dinner.

No, a printed receipt is not necessary. Simply present your passport, and the booking confirmation can be shown on your phone or any other device.

We do not issue refunds. However, your reservation remains valid for one year, and you may use it on an alternative date, provided you notify us at least three months in advance.

We accept payments in several currencies, such as Euro, US Dollar, Dirham, and others. You are free to pay in the currency of your choice.
